Setup Guide
From signup to playback in three moves: install a client app, import your configuration link, connect and open your streaming app. No manual server parameters needed.
Before you start
You'll need a personal configuration link from our support team first (one-tap import). Reach us at: Telegram / support@snowpad.io
iPhone / iPad Setup
Client: Shadowrocket (requires a non-China-mainland Apple ID)
- 1
Install Shadowrocket
Search and install Shadowrocket from the App Store using a non-China-mainland Apple ID.
- 2
Import the config
Tap the configuration link we send you — it opens Shadowrocket and imports automatically. You can also copy the link and use in-app clipboard import.
- 3
Select the node & connect
Pick our node on the Shadowrocket home screen, toggle the connection switch on, and allow the VPN request.
- 4
Enable global routing
In settings, set "Global Routing" to "Proxy" or "Configuration" so all traffic uses the node.
- 5
Verify & watch
Open SonyLIV or Prime Video — Indian-catalog content playing means you're set.
Android Phone Setup
Client: Karing (recommended) or Clash Meta
- 1
Install the client
Install Karing from karing.app or Google Play; Clash Meta clients work too.
- 2
Import the config
Copy the subscription link from support — Karing detects the clipboard and offers to import. Confirm.
- 3
Select the node & connect
Choose our node from the list, tap connect at the bottom, and allow the VPN request.
- 4
Verify & watch
Open any Indian streaming app to confirm playback.
Android TV Box Setup
Client: Karing TV edition
- 1
Install Karing TV
On the box's browser, visit karing.app and download the matching APK (usually armeabi-v7a). Install and allow unknown sources.
- 2
Import the config
TV boxes usually lack a clipboard — import by scanning the QR code from the phone app, or open the config link directly in the box's browser.
- 3
Connect & watch
Select the node, connect, then open the streaming app on TV. If an app refuses to play, use the box's browser to visit the streaming site instead.
Tip: some TV apps check network environment strictly — the browser route is a reliable fallback.
Troubleshooting
- 1.
First confirm the device itself can reach the internet normally (disconnect the node and load a regular page).
- 2.
Check that our node is selected in the client and the connection switch is on.
- 3.
Make sure "Global Routing" is set to Proxy mode, not Direct.
- 4.
Fully close and reopen the client, then try connecting again.
- 5.
If none of that works, contact support — we'll swap your line or adjust the config.
Don't have a config link yet?
Contact support for a test line — confirm smooth playback before paying.
